Kernow Man will be based at Marazion in Cornwall. It is a demanding yet ideal introduction to a longer distance event.

Swim:

open water sea swim which will circle the beautiful St Michaels Mount
with sea conditions permitting. Sometimes its flat and sometimes its
not so flat! However, the swim is adjusted to suit the weather conditions on
the day. Surf safety cover is also provided.
Bike:
The bike is an undulating (Cornish for hilly)
150k
course and very fast in places
with a few hills thrown in for those who love them. You will visit
Land's End, St.Just and the coastal road to St.Ives before taking in 2 laps
of the Cormelian courseTri specific bikes would be suitable with frequent use of the aerobars.
Run:
The run is a
30k
3 lap course with varied terrain with nearly half on bridleways.

75km two lapped cycle, chasing down the Kernow Men/Ladies

Bike Course follows the Cormelian course until Varfell Roundabout (Just before Marazion), where you turn left on the A394 (Marazion bypass) for your second lap.
